You can pay through any of your accounts (in Jordanian Dinars only), your credit cards, or from your “Arabi Points” balance.
You can find RJ service within “Arabi Mobile” main screen under “favorites section” or under “Arabi e-travel” from the “Plus+” menu.

Terms and conditions:

1. Arab Bank is not responsible for any amendments/cancellations of ticket reservations that were booked through the Arabi Mobile application, and Royal Jordanian reserves the right to make any change in the flight schedule or cancel reservations.
2. Arab Bank is not responsible for cash refunds for paid travel ticket reservations. In such cases, the customer must refer to the Royal Jordanian directly.
3. Arab Bank is not responsible for any additional fees that may be imposed by Royal Jordanian such as bags, seat registration, food and drink and any fees that are not included in the ticket price unless expressly stated otherwise and must be paid to Royal Jordanian directly.
4. The bank has the right at any time and without prior notice to amend the terms and conditions of the service and the customer must agree to them each time and when making a new ticket purchase.
5. The customer agrees to use this service for personal purposes only and not to use this service for illegal, prohibited or commercial purposes.
6. Arab Bank is not responsible for any objection process related to the tickets that were booked through the Arabi Mobile application, and the customer must review the Royal Jordanian directly.
7. The bank has the right, without giving any reasons, and at any time, to refuse to implement requests through this service.
8. Arab Bank reserves the right at any time to amend or stop the service (or any part of the site's contents) without prior notice and at any time it deems appropriate.
9. The bank uses security measures on its part and is not responsible for any errors that occur due to unprotected communication networks, and the customer bears all risks associated with that or resulting from the use of the service.
10. The bank is not responsible for damages incurred by the customer resulting from the failure of the Internet or poor transmission.
11. In the event that I object to the validity of transactions carried out through this technology, the cost of proving the validity of my objection, regardless of any legal text, will be on my own responsibility and expense, while giving the Bank the authority to decide who will conduct the expertise for verification.
12. Arab Bank shares customer information with the Royal Jordanian, so that the Royal Jordanian processes it through the cloud computing system.
