Terms and Conditions

1- Campaign Starts on Aug 9th, 2021 and ends on December 31st, 2021

2- First Draw will be on Thursday Sep 9th , 2021, and will be recurred each month until the campaign ends (for 5 months)

3- The value of the monthly prize is a cashback for the commissions of international transaction issued (transaction commission + Swift wages + currency difference commission) with a maximum amount of 30 dinars for fifty winners

4- The bank has the right, without showing causes, to amend the conditions of the campaign

5- Campaign Title:

"“Win back the International transfer fee with Arabi Mobile app

6- The customer enters the draw and gets the JD 30 prize (max) based on the below terms and conditions:

  • Eligible customers are those who have not used Arabi Mobile channel to process international transfers for the last six months
  • Customer should successfully process at least one international transfer through Arabi mobile application.
  • The prize is a full refund of the transfer commissions up to 30 Jordanian dinars
  • Processing more than one international transfer during the same month does not increase customer's chances of winning.

7- Winners will be contacted by phone and/or any other communication method Arab Bank see fits

8- The Amount won can be only transferred to the customer’s bank account and no one else.

9- The Bank has the right to announce the winner whether by publishing the name/ image of the winner or any other way. If for any case the winner refuses, the bank has the right to allocate the prize to another winner
