Loans payment postponement on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, all individuals’ customers’ loans will be deferred automatically. No commission added and interest rate will be calculated as usual. Customers who wish not to postpone their payment can request that as shown below. 

Postponement Terms and Conditions:

  • The postponement will be for all types of loans “credit cards will be excluded”
  • The postponement will be for a period of one month, for the installments during the period between 15/4/2021 - 14/5/2021.
  • Customers will be exempted from the installment postponement fees. The interest debited on the loan will be as usual and according to the interest rate based on the loan
  • The interest on the loan will continue to be calculated as usual and according to the set interest rate on the loan.
  • Customers with more than one loan can choose to postpone one or more of their their loans payments or pay one or more of their loans payments.
  • Late installments must be paid in order to benefit from this postponement

To cancel the payment postponement:

In case any customer wishes to cancel the postponement make April’s payment on time, the customer must inform the bank prior to 5 working days at least from the due date of the loan’s payment, through any of the channels below:

  • Sending a secure mail through our digital banking services :-
    • Arabi Mobile app
    • Arabi Online Service
  • Or by contacting our Customer Care Center or visiting any Arab Bank branch.
