RemitEx Service

With “RemitEx”, you can benefit from QUICK & SECURE bank account transfers to transfer funds from their Arab Bank (Jordan) accounts to accounts in several countries (1. Canada, 2. United Kingdom, 3. Saudi Arabia, 4. European countries: France, Estonia, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Slovakia, Croatia, Lithuania, Spain, Finland, Portugal, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta) with higher speed and reduced fees.

 

Service Features:

  • International remittances.
  • Ability to transfer to any eligible account within the list of allowed countries.
  • The remittances are Real time except for some of banks).
  • Reduced transfer fees.
  • No incoming transfer fees or intermediary bank charges are applied to the beneficiary.
  • Transfers are issued only in the currency of the destination country.
  • Funds are received in the currency of the beneficiary's country.

 

Transfer process:

  • Login to "Arabi Mobile" App
  • From "More" select "Banking Services" then "RemitEx" Or from "Plus" select "quick remittance" then "RemitEx"
  • Choose the add beneficiary icon, select country and fill the beneficiary details and then activate it by entering the received OTP
  • Choose transfer option, enter the amount and transfer details then send the transfer using your second password

Service limit by segments (Across all digital channels)

  • The daily limit for Elite clients is 20,000 JOD.
  • The daily limit for Premium clients is 10,000 JOD.
  • The daily limit for other segments is 5,000 JOD.

     

    Transfer Fees and Commissions

    • For amounts less than 500 JOD: 7.75 JOD
    • For amounts between 500 JOD and 5,000 JOD: 11.75 JOD
    • For amounts above 5,000 JOD: 0.0025 of the amounts, with a maximum of 70 JOD, in addition to 1.75 JOD
    • A foreign exchange margin fee of 0.003 is also applied.
